Capitalism is great at the core but there is always a flaw in every government type. In this one the flaw is obvious: Ignore or provide less to the areas where the least profit can be made.
Rural areas want high speed internet, cable TV, and easy access to some of the things we enjoy without the discomfort and crime of going closer to town. The the providers that service these areas tend to over reach their abilities and still sell the service as top notch. I'll keep my internet providers name out of this but they promised 5mbps service and the best they can give is 1.5mbps. If they can't provide it, why offer it? If they claim they can and end up not being able to, they should be held accountable by means of high fines or forced refunds to their consumers.
