The legal checks and balances were not created to deal with a case like Nidal Malik Hasan. He has admitted his guilt, and has been found guilty and sentenced to death for 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder. That this traitor to the U.S. Army and the United States of America, who killed 13 of his brothers in arms to protect the very people that we are at war with should be allowed to live is abhorrent to we the people. We ask that the system of appeals be waived , and sentence of death be implemented immediately in this case. His guilt is clear, and he should not be allowed to continue to live and waste taxpayer money languishing in prison.
