Demand the signature by congress and the president into law of the newly formed "Fire arms reinforcement act ".

The newly formed "Firearms reinforcement act" was created by myself to change and enforce the restrictions on fire arms. I set that no restrictions be put on the purchasing of firearms (excluding full auto) to an individual with a valid state gun permit. The permit will require both a background check to be renewed every year and a psych test to be renewed every 2 years. Any purchase of a private weapon requires the send in of a registration to the state showing the sale to the new individual. This law also allows the concealed carry of small fire arms into any public place excluded any government building if posted. any weapon found violating any part of this act is to be confiscated, documented, and destroyed. The individual who violated is charged with a misdemeanor.
