This act sets a restrictive standard on government pay to not exceed the benefits/salaries of the soldiers who defend this country. This includes, but is not limited to members of congress,the president, state officials, federal officials, and federal agents. Such cuts should be established in the same way as the ranks of the military. Furthermore, Cuts to job positions in such agencies should also adhere to ranking similar to military squads to prevent massive wastes in funds for positions that should not exist.
