On January 6 2013, Staff Sgt. Nathan Haddad who had five 30 round empty magazines in his possession, was arrested by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department and charged with five felony counts.
We call upon the United States Government to defend citizens charged with unconstitutional laws and insure that no other citizen faces this treatment.
