Issue an executive order to enforce sanction and embargo on South Sudanese leaders if they fail to sign the IGAD peace agreement.
10,000 innocent civilians has been killed and million others are displaced from this senseless civil war.

Three weeks ago the Chief of General Staff Mr, Paul Malong issued a controversial decree which encouraged tribal killing in Western Equuatoria State Yambio.

The world anticipate another genocide in this new nation if the White House fail to act.
