I demand for a change in court procedure when dealing with victims. I demand there be a stop mandated for victims who have once committed a crime for their record not to be brought up in court. They did their time and it should not have prudence on someone committing a crime against that victim. I demand to change the policy dealing with victims rights in court procedures.
