Demand transparency in holding officials accountable under color of law.

Memphis Tennessee as well as all of Tn counties should be made to have a law that states when police or public officials commit crimes of aggravated or aggressive nature while on duty shall and should automatically be handled by the F.B.I or T.B.I. The Attorney General for that county should not have it available to withhold this from these agiencies. This can cause jurisdictional question and cause courts conflict. We need accountability
