Help bring the issues and damages caused by Fracking/Natural Gas to the forefront. Why does the natural gas industry have exemptions to many environmental laws the allow oversight and regulation over it? While Methane burns cleaner, it's much more potent in the air than coal by emitting more carbon dioxide, it's contaminating soil and water supplies, causing drinking water from taps in peoples homes to even be flammable. The Government needs to address these problems and help reform and regulate the procedures and the impacts of fracking.
