Welfare and unemployment are exceptional provisions that the United States government provide to their citizens during hard times, but there are too many people abusing the system and making a lifestyle out of it. We need to crack down on these people and make it a criminal offense for those that abuse the system. They are a drain on our economy, our tax dollars, and make it more difficult for those who work for a living to receive benefits when they actually need them.
