Demand when public officials commit sex crimes against individuals while on duty should not have official oppression

I Demand a law regarding public officials who have had sexual relations while on duty with a unwilling victim should not have official oppression and when the form of evidence is produced or shown to have been produced that in no way at anytime should their case be dropped to a lower charge when evidence was proven or was shown to be evident. I demand for a change in this policy and i demand a monitored room for evidence to be stored when public officials are accused of a crime. I Demand that the time opposed upon them be double because of the position they hold.
