Neuromodulation is not new and it has developed to the point where it is directly applicable to: psychological programming, social engineering, secret communication, debriefing subjects, clandestine warfare, and torture.
Using a neural-control system the CIA implanted in me, they have: held me captive, experimented on me, and used me as a slave for their intelligence purposes.
Up to now the CIA, the FBI, and U.S. Congress, have not answered my requests to be freed from this program. The CIA has also applied neural-control to me to stop me from speaking out about the program.
I want to set a precedent of making the CIA remove their neural-implant from me against their will. Doing so will set me free, and ensure people like me can’t be neurally-enslaved by the CIA ever again!!
