Chuck Shumer's proposal to amend the Constitution goes against the Oath he took in office. This not only shows how radical he is and how dangerous he is in preventing civility in congress. Shumer needs to resign as the radical voice in the Senate and allow for Senators that have read the constitution to be a voice for our great country.
