We the people feel that the for transparency and the constitution that the military should be barred from selling or giving military munitions and vehicles and technology to police to usurp the law...ie stingray and any other tech that violates the 4th Amendment...Furthermore,The police should be forced to list all technologies in there perspective newspapers as well as online annually.So that tax payers know exactley weather there money is going to unconstitutional technologies that violate our rights as citizens....in simple terms.we should know exactley what the police are useing since they are useing public money...then there technologies should be public record...and how much it cost..and who provided it...if tech violates 4th amendment.it should be immediately purged from harddrives.
