We the people of the United States hereby petition the administration of President Barack H. Obama to reform the city, county, and state police departments within the United States. Specifically we ask the administration to enact executive orders and pursue legislation to reform the manner in which non-military police and sheriff's departments are given military grade vehicles and weapons. We additionally demand that high grade military equipment and weaponry only be deployed by National Guard and/or Federal Armed Services namely the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard.
