Branching off of Willbrook Mall being demolished, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 should be demolished by the City of Houston for not acknowledging that Holland Parrott was in the wrong for illegally detaining Jesse Valdez.
Everyone should be fired and their police license should be revoked without benefits. Also, Holland Parrott's house should be condemned and property taken away by the city.
The commission of County Constable Precinct 4 should also be put out of his house and property taken away in order to take a stand against them and the whole precinct, period.
