Dzhokar Tsarnaev has committed multiple crimes against the people of the United States. He was granted political asylum in 2002, granted legal status in 2007 and became a naturalized citizen on September 11, 2011. He has repaid that generosity with an unprecedented reign of terror. Tsarnaev should be stripped of the legal rights and protections granted by U.S. citizenship and treated as an enemy combatant. He likely belongs to a larger terror cell and possesses critical intelligence needed to dismember this cell.
