A young, 14-year-old in Pennsylvania is facing up to two years in juvenile court for the desecration of a Jesus statue. No physical damage was done to such statue nor anything else illegal but he is still being charged!
This is just flat out ridiculous, and in this day and age, you would expect it to never occur. But it has, freedom of expression is protected under the 1st Amendment, this kid should not be charged for any crimes as no crimes were actually committed (depending on whether it was private property or not, the only arguable crime is trespassing).
