By denigrating the Hispanic population he hopes to create mob hysteria and acquire votes. Let's not forget our last political billionaire NYC mayor Bloomberg whom in 2001 to 2013 amassed his wealth from 4 billion to 34 billion dollars net worth, while working as the mayor. All while changing laws to allow him to run for a third term. To hear talk of amendment removals and the persecuting of freedoms like the press which represent our freedom of speech is at best delusional. But with wealth it can be feasible on negotiations, hence his Art Of The Deal book, where he relinquishes that anything is negotiable . America is not on the table for negotiations.
