The first amendment is important. It is a true travesty to see petitions from people purporting to be US citizens that actually ask for Sharia law to be implemented within our borders under the guise of banning speech critical of the prophets of "major religions" (because we all know which religion is in mind here).
Any petition calling for blasphemy legislation merits a response: A resounding "NO!"
