Denounce the racism of the black caucus and denounce all congressional organizations that form on the basis of race.

The congressional black caucus is fundamentally a racist organization that has formed itself not on the basis of the content of the character of any member or potential members but on the basis of skin color. They continue to make racist remarks that judge, categorize, and make assumptions about people based on skin color rather than moral content. They seek to take actions that both favor, and disfavor people based on skin color rather than moral content. They are a fundamentally racist organization and we call on the president to denounce them as such, as well as all other congressional organizations that would form on the basis of skin color rather than moral content.
