Denounce/Change the 22nd Amendment, allowing well standing Presidents to only serve 2 Terms by vote of popularity.

Whilst the 22nd Amendment was added to our United States Constitution to prevent the people from taking advantage of a president who favors a certain side, the amendment also prevents presidents who have made a domestic as well as international impact on bettering the United States as well as the world, this proposal is for everyone in the United States that is impacted directly as well as indirectly by presidential decisions, this proposal is for the extension of term limits for the president by vote of popularity. This proposal is to change the two term limit (8 years) to an additional term (4 years) by vote of the people.
