Enforce our borders and the laws we have in place. Granting amnesty or a pathway to citizenship to illegal immigrants creates a dangerous precedent. Furthermore, it has not worked in the pass and it will not work now. It send the message that it is OK to break our laws and that America will reward you for it. In addition, granting a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants gives an unfair advantage to them because they are already here, yet when coming here legally it may take years before being allowed to come to the United States. Finally, it will create an unfair burden on the United States economically and on tax paying American citizens. We are not against immigration, we are just against illegal immigration!
