Deny any request from federal and local law enforcement agencies requesting drone aircraft to spy on American Citizens.

Created by P.S. on January 27, 2013

Public Intelligence, a non-profit that advocates for free access to information, released a map of military UAV activities in the United States. Assembled from military sources, it is arguably the most comprehensive map so far of the Pentagon’s unmanned fleet. What exact missions are performed at those locations, however, is not clear.

Recently, it has come to the public's attention that law enforcement agencies are requesting surveillance drones for use on private citizens. In accordance with the Fourth Amendment, which prevents the police and other government agents from searching us or our property without "probable cause", we ask that such requests be denied. Additionally, we seek full disclosure of any program that allows for the use of unmanned drones on private citizens.
