Deny application for Permanent Residency of anyone who burns or otherwise desecrates the Flag of the United States.

Although burning the U.S. flag is an activity protected by the First Amendment, Constitutional protections do not apply to those applying to become U.S. Permanent Residents. We don't need nor want in our country those who desecrate our flag.
