A petition to deny Bradley Manning, a convicted criminal, the ability to utilize either taxpayer funds or VA benefits to receive any form of medication or medical procedures that would alter his biological sexual orientation. Thousands of Veterans with real medical problems are suffering everyday due to the lack of medical attention and this procedure is a direct slap in the face of those that have served honorably and continuously during their contracts. This is not a medical emergency or necessity and is a frivolous procedure. There should be no financial or medical support given to this request.
