Deny Dept of Justice Funding to any state who refuses to adopt mandatory sentences for child killers

Submit to congress a bill to deny Department of Justice (DOJ) to any state who refuses to pass a MANDATORY minimum sentence of LIFE without Parole (LWOP) or the death penalty for any person who MURDERS a child or multiple children when using a gun. Any state who allows parole or non-life sentences should have all federal funding denied. Encourage uniform mandatory minimum sentences for every state when it comes to child murder...enough is enough.
