Deny entrance into the U.S. for all members of the Russian government that support the anti-homosexual laws in Russia

Deny all persons affiliated with Russian law, that support unequal treatment of homosexuals, entrance into the United States and all associated territories. This will help to show that the United States of America will neither support the bullying nor the torture that Russia is legally allowing homosexuals to endure.
