Deny the FDA the request for more authority.

Respectfully requested that the FDA be denied the increase in policing authority when the organization failed to follow up on investigations and police to the full extent of it's current authority limits the outgoing consumable drugs/ pharmaceuticals in our country. The failure of the company to perform the service it was founded to do, and the illnesses and deaths that resulted in this failure should further be just cause to cut FDA funding and/or subject the organization to complete restructuring.
