Deny Federal Disaster Relief to Texas for the fertilizer plant explosion - require corporate responsibility.

Created by D.C. on April 20, 2013

Texas and Rick Perry, who have, in the past, fought measures like federal disaster relief for Sandy victims, and who have rejected increased spending of any kind, and who have been vocal supporters for the "we built it ourselves" battle cry, are now asking tax payers for money to fix a problem created by a single corporation that knowingly disobeyed the laws and regulations. Since corporations are people, this company, this state, should be held solely liable for the damages and clean up they built themselves. This is not a federal disaster - it is a corporate, personal disaster. And this corporation has insurance, it has money, and it has responsibility.
