Deny Foreign Assistance to the interim Government of the Ukraine

Bill H.R.4328, 105th congress, SEC. 508. states: None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available pursuant to this Act shall be obligated or expended to finance directly any assistance to any country whose duly elected head of government is deposed by military coup or decree:

Coup de'tat: "Blow to the state; revolutionary or military overthrow of a government with the formation of a new government."

On February 22, 2014, the Democratically elected President Viktor Yanukovich, was overthrown by the current regime. Questions of human rights violations during after the protests.

I hereby request: President Obama withhold foreign assistance to this regime, pending a democratic election.
