Deny the government the ability to put class II implants in Americans against their will. In Obama Care verbage it is very vague but according to the FDA web site a class II implant is defined as an IRF device implanted under the skin that would allow for medical record storage, financial information, and tracking. It's the kind of implant used on animals.
