Deny Government Assistance for Immigrants for at least five years so they can pay into the system before collecting.

As Citizens of this Great Nation, the United States of America, we are entitled to government assistance if needed. People who enter our Country legally, should not be allowed to collect benefits like Welfare or Access until they have worked a full five years or served in our Military. There are too immigrants that are entering this Country and getting pregnant, making their children legal citizens of this Country and collecting Welfare. I SUGGEST to solve this problem we put a cap on how much welfare any of them can receive even Americans like based on the area they live in. I also SUGGEST those who are in this Country legally, should not be allowed to collect these benefits until they have paid into the system for at least five years. We have to do the right thing Mr. President.
