Deny, or revoke, the voting rights (forfeiture) of any illegal immigrant who is granted "amnesty" by the US Government for a period not less than 75 years. Amnesty defined as ANY favorable treatment or incarnation thereof (ie, the Dream Act) given or granted to those who are in or about this country illegally in exchange for US citizenship and all rights granted to naturalized citizens.

If "any" form of amnesty is given (like the "Dream Act" for instance), voting is denied for a minimum period of 75 years.
