Deny incarcerated Veteran Spouses/Dependents from using G.I. Bill educational benefits.

Created by P.L. on November 10, 2015

Currently, spouses and dependents of Veterans are allowed to use educational benefits while incarcerated. While incarcerated, dependents shouldn't be authorized to utilize educational benefits until release from incarceration. If the dependent has committed a felony, they should have all abilities to use educational benefits stripped. Tax payers shouldn't have to spend money on education for those who didn't serve their country honorably while in the military and who are currently imprisoned for crimes.
