Deny nullification and secession by any state or citizen as a way to solve the problems of the United States of America.

Created by D.P. on November 12, 2012

We proclaim nullification and secession is no way to solve the economic and civil liberties problems facing America. Congress and the United States Supreme Court have unequivocally rejected the concept that a U.S. state can nullify federal law. In one of the more famous cases Cooper v. Aaron (1958), the United States Supreme Court has stated that federal law does prevail over state law due to the operation of the Supremacy Clause. U.S President Andrew Jackson, in his Proclamation Regarding Nullification, December 10, 1832. “says a state has no right to nullify federal laws.” God formed The United States of America, gave life to its Constitution, laws, common and uncommon histories of its people as a consolidated nation-state not a confederation.
