We proclaim nullification and secession is no way to solve the economic and civil liberties problems facing America. Congress and the United States Supreme Court have unequivocally rejected the concept that a U.S. state can nullify federal law. In one of the more famous cases Cooper v. Aaron (1958), the United States Supreme Court has stated that federal law does prevail over state law due to the operation of the Supremacy Clause.
