This law is unconstitutional, and would ban veterans from owning, or even having pre-existing weapons. This would only cause Veterans to not look for Mental Health services as it would put further restrictions on their rights as an American. If a veteran has a criminal record then it is understanble however just because they serve over seas and come back with minor Mental Health issues does not justify labeling them as Mentally Incompetent. I will keep this general for all Veterans and Veteran rights supporters. But the main point is to not allow this bill to be passed.
