Deny the request by Private Bradley Manning to receive transgender treatment at taxpayer expense.

This petition is produced to ask that our government deny any requests by Private Bradley Manning for treatment of any kind associated with gender reassignment. This treatment is considered elective at medical practices throughout the country and his condition is not life threatening. It is blatant fraud, waste and abuse of taxpayer money to allow this treatment to be done. Additionally, it is an absolute insult to every veteran who has honorably served their country to see this being paid for while they cannot get basic healthcare services at VA hospitals.
