Sen. Robert Menendez (D-New Jersey) allegedly hired underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic. It is alleged the senator hired prostitutes as young as 16. According to two women who claim to have had sex with the senator, he agreed to pay them $500 each, but ended up only giving them $100 each. If these allegations are proven to be true, Sen. Menendez is in violation of the PROTECT Act of 2003. A man with these allegations against him should not be seeking after the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee position. I demand a halt on him being allowed this position until after he goes through trial and proven innocent.
