Deny sex offenders the ability to change their name.

The National Sex Offender registry is searchable by name. Many sex offenders disappear from the registry by moving and changing their name, leaving communities vaunerable. We need a law that prohibits sex offenders from changing their name. The Social Secuity Administation and the National Sex Offender Registry need a way to cross reference and individual by Social Secuity Number prior to any name change.
