Deny the state of Arizona the ability to pass House Bill 2467

Created by M.K. on January 25, 2013

The government of the state of Arizona wishes to pass House Bill 2467, forcing High School Seniors to recite this oath before graduation: "I, ____, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge these duties; So help me God." This is an Armed Forces oath, Only they do not have to say the "So help me god". This blatantly defies the separation of church and state, And would prevent a Muslim, Satanist, or anyone from any non-Christian religion or someone completely nonreligious.
