deny the State Department's request to extend the deadline for publicly releasing Hillary Clinton's emails.

Created by L.M. on January 24, 2016

We believe the State Department is being pressured to keep the depth of Hillary Clinton's criminal activity under wraps until after the early Presidential primaries, so as not to hurt her chance to gain victory in those states.

The winter storm, which happened on a weekend, is not a valid reason for non-compliance in the suit of Jason Leopold, a VICE News reporter, against the State Department.

District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras must deny this extension, so as not to interfere with the fair democratic process of revealing our presidential candidates' true nature and character, and allowing the American voters to have the information they need to make a reasonable choice in time for their primaries.

We stand with Ryan James, Leopold's lawyer, who "vigorously opposes" any delay.
