Applicable not only to individuals, charitable, or other aid/humanitarian organisations, social security, health care, research, but also to businesses, corporations, housing, schools of all levels, security, finance, emergency, infrastructure, communications, etc.
Remove ALL US military, government, and federal installations, weapons, offices, property(ies), equipment, employees, or other forms of federal support from any seceding state.
Cut ALL federal monies, presences, installations, treaties, contracts, or business, to any seceding state until they are officially recognised by the U.N. as legitimate sovereign nation, & have representation there.
