Mr. Phillips has accused Thomas Monson, President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of fraud and Judge Roscoe has issued a summons demanding Monson appear before a London court to answer charges on March 14, 2014 under penalty of arrest.
Charges of fraud deal with theological issues including teachings about Adam and Eve that are common teachings throughout Christianity.
Under the US Constitution, Thomas S. Monson has the right to believe as he wishes and teach his beliefs. Further, Thomas S. Monson is under US jurisdiction seeing that his actions have taken place inside the United States and where he is a citizen.
Phillips and Roscoe's actions are a blatant violation of religious freedom and national jurisdictions. Any application to enter the US should be denied
