DENY the XL Pipeline, and return land stolen through eminent domain from United States citizens for this project.

I refuse to give another campaign dollar to any candidate, until the XL Pipeline is denied, and the illegal land seizures through eminent domain are remedied. Eminent domain is only applicable for the public good. TransCanada oil will not stay in the United States. Oil will travel across the land, straight to a tax-free port in Texas. It will then be shipped overseas. Eminent domain does not give foreign oil companies the right to illegally seize United States land for this purpose. The only thing the XL Pipeline will give the United States is the danger of oil spills, environmental contamination, and civil unrest.
