Department of Defense to Prop-up America's Defense

This is to petition the President of the United States, as the Commander-in-Chief of the US military to sign an executive order to instruct the United States Army and other Armed Forces to prop-up America's Defense. The Order would allow the re-building of federals roads, bridges, highways and ports. Roads and bridges are already being constructed overseas by US contractors and the Army Core of Engineers , so why not back home on American land? The Department of Defense (DoD) has the highest federal budget out of all the branches of the US Gov't, therefore a reallocation of funds will be unnecessary or minimal and please remember- The Pentagon was built by the ACoE in 11 months. It would avoid the bureaucracy in Congress. It would be supported by both parties- Support the Troops!
