Any college student victim of violent crimes inclusive of DV, LGBT DV or Hate Crime will be met with Academic Probation upon being forced to leave for safety reasons. Even years later, blocked from college reentry and refused further completion of academic degree goals. Dept of Education Waiver will allow Student return to their original GPA. It will support equality for Victims of Violence from potentially being blocked permanently in this unpredictable hardship. In the UK and other locations out of the U.S, the Dept of Education allows the original GPA with Extenuating Circumstance Waiver. In the USA the students can be blocked and "victim blamed" without a DEPT. OF EDUCATION ACADEMIC PROBATION WAIVER to return to GPA before Police Agency documented Violent Crimes.
