The Department of Homeland Security refuses to explain to congress the recent purchases of over 1.6 billions rounds of ammunition and thousands of automatic assult weapons and armored vehicles. The American people have the right to know exactly why these weapons have been purchased, who the perceived enemy is, and what the plans are for these weapons. Janet Napolitano needs to fully disclose all DHS e-mails and documents to congress by April 1st, 2013, or the DHS be immediately abolished and charges of treason brought against the Janet Napolitano and the Obama administration.
