Child Protective Services and Department of Human Resources has been lying to parents/relatives who are fighting for custody of their children/relatives. They keep changing the rules as they go along. They let you see your child/relatives during the beginning of the court process, they speak of bonding with the child, then they rip the visitation and the child right out from under your nose and break the bonding process. This hurts the child more and should be considered mental abuse to the child and to the adult. They hold peoples past against them even if their life style has changed to the better and they've stayed out of trouble for a few years.
