We would like the Justice Deparment to commence a investigation into the abusive behavior and acts of corruption commited by Police Officers of the Dickson City Police Department by Officer Michael McMorrow who has been harrrasing members of the black community including filling false charges againts community members. Futhermore we ask DOJ to investigate why the Dickson City Police Deparment dont have minorities in the department and to force the Dickson City Police Department into providing the public a way to file complaints for abuse againts member that department.Futhermore we ask the DOJ to investigate all police forces in Lackawanna County and force the state of Pennsylvania to create a Civilian Complaint Review Board where citizens can compliant againts Police Abuse.
